The wealthy body is one who is well cared for by its owner. Obviously you must insert some effort as its owner. Nutrition is well spoken for in many arenas. My personal agenda is chiropractic and exercise. Chiropractic links the essential body systems as they relate to each other with the most important system of the body, the nervous system.
The spine if even slightly irritated at any point from the skull base to the tailbone will cause a segment of the nervous system to malfunction. And if that malfunction occurs the human body may or may not exhibit symptoms or warnings to the human being. Having said that, Chiropractic as it relates to the analysis and treatment of the spine to detect and remove any nerve interferences and or nerve malfunction is a unique profession in itself. The greatest service to mankind that I as a doctor of chiropractic perform is to detect and eliminate vertebral subluxations(misalignments) which cause malfunction to the nervous system of the human body. Many of the malfunctions of the nervous system can be related to abnormal
conditions in the human body. The nerves effect all and every part of the body. Therefore, an abnormal breathing condition i.e. asthma , digestive problems, headaches, leg pain, in other words a whole myriad of conditions could be set off by the vertebral subluxation which only a chiropractor could detect and correct. Exercise, an integral part of the wealthy body, has a major input on the well being of the human structure. A specific regimen of exercise activity can be implemented and customized to each individual. Time, desire for a specific amount, and intensity for each and everyone of us can vary. Success is not related to quantity of exercise it is linked to regularity and the ability to be comfortably implemented to each person and their daily agenda. Exercise is though a major link to achieving increased levels of function from body system to body. An example of this would be the cardiovascular system under exercise increasing blood flow throughout the human structure which in turn increases blood flow into the muscle structure which in turn, do to the fact that nutrition of body parts such as muscle rely on blood flow to be fed do so at an alarmingly higher level.
